"Lets Dance" Referral LettersBrian Webster & Jennifer Reagan September 24, 2003 RE: Letter of Reference I am writing this letter of reference for Let’s Dance Music Services in appreciation for the great service that we received from Mario Funari at our recent wedding. Our wedding was held at Hecla Island, Gull Harbour Resort on July 12, 2003 (approximately 200 kilometres North of Winnipeg). Let’s Dance Music Services agreed to provide us with a weekend of fun and entertainment at a competitive rate that we felt was fair and affordable. Mario agreed to provide music services for Friday and Saturday night, on our wedding weekend. We decided it would be fun to have a theme night for our guests on Friday night and chose a Hawaiian Theme. After discussing this with Mario, he said it would be “no problem” to find suitable music and could provide other requested music. We provided him with a long list of songs that we wanted to hear and Mario was very accommodating in finding the songs. Several of our guests commented on how much fun they had and that the Disc Jockey had kept things loose and fun for the guests of all ages by providing Hawaiian/Caribbean music, playing requested songs and by involving the guests in his entertainment program. Let’s Dance Music Services provided the sound system for our outdoor wedding ceremony and the music for our wedding dance. The music he provided was suitable for all ages and included a great mix of country, classic rock and easy listening music. Throughout the weekend, Mario exceeded our expectations by entertaining our guests and by providing us with a memorable music service. Mario was polite and easy to deal with throughout the weekend. We expected great service and Let’s Dance Music Services provided that on such a special day. In closing, I would recommend Let’s Dance Music Services for any function and would call upon Mario in the future to provide music for any event. Regards, December 24, 2003 Dear Mario, Steve and I wanted to write you this letter to express our deepest thanks for providing us superior service at our wedding reception in August in Kenora, Ontario. We have received nothing but rave reviews from every guest we have seen since the wedding. In fact, we have heard more than a dozen times that our wedding was the best they had ever attended and I believe that "Let's Dance Music Service" had a great deal to do with that! Your responsiveness and willingness to assist us during the planning and preparation leading up to the wedding day was truly impeccable. Not only did you respond to every email and phone call within 24 hours, you were able to make suggestions to our planning process to ensure that every detail was addressed. You were also able to supply us with an extensive song list collection to choose our music selection and organize our selections by preference. Steve and I both feel that music can make or break any special occasion and knowing that we had some control over what and when was played made us both feel comfortable and confident. Knowing that we could rely on you to do a great job made us totally at ease. Sincerely, February 10, 2007 John & Allyson Van Dinther Mario Funari was the DJ for our social on February 10, 2007 at Oxford Heights Community Club and for our wedding on July 6, 2007 at Club Regent Casino Hotel. For both events he was very professional, and arranged meetings with us in advance to review what kinds of music we wanted. He had a large variety of music to choose from and when we were unsure of what song we would like for a certain event, he would pull out a large list to give us ideas. One thing he did for our social that many of our guests appreciated was putting request cards on the tables so people could write down what they wanted to hear and bring it up to him. He was very good in playing everyone's requests, and I have heard only compliments from those that attended both of our events. We highly recommend Mario (Let's Dance Music Service) to anyone looking to hire a DJ, and we would for surely hire him again if the need ever did arise. We thank you Mario for the excellent job you did...we all had a great time!! ~John & Allyson Van Dinther May 2007 Brigitte and Paul Jounot Mario ( Let's Dance Music Services) was the D.J. at our wedding social in May 2007 and at our wedding on July 7 , 2007 at my brother's house in Sanford. I was very impressed to receive a phone call from Mario a couple of days before the social to make sure everything was still on track. It's nice not to have to worry about hunting someone down during such a busy time. Also Mario was very early for both events which was very reassuring to me. Mario had the dance floor hoppin during the whole night .Everybody , ages 17 to 80 danced up a storm! Mario played music to please everybody yet was able to avoid playing songs, that me ( the Bride ) can't stand eg. YMCA , Grease Lightning... We had such a great time that our friends who like to party it up quite late payed Mario to stay an hour later than planned. Thanks for all the fun and great memories! We had a spectacular day, and received many compliments about the event.
